WHERE ARE THEY FROM : At a young age his family moved from Germany to South France where he lived and attended school. His english mother always spoke english at home making Nickolas multilingual. After school he went to study arithmancy with arithmatic wizards in London.



WHAT WAS THEIR PAST LIKE : Nickolas grew up in a very cultural home. Before attending Beaubaxtons, Nickolas traveled the world with his parents. As a child,he thought they were vacations, but in reality his parents were trying to avoid the effects of the war. At Beaubaxtons Nickolas found his calling in arithmancy quickly developing an obsession with numbers

WHAT IS THEIR PERSONALITY LIKE : Nickolas is very intelligent but shy and nervous. Though it takes a lot, Nickolas can become quite scary when angry as energy will literally sometimes crackle around him. It's so scary simply because Nickolas being as slight and mild and quiet as he is, it is often forgotten he is a powerful wizard.



HOW WOULD A STRANGER DESCRIBE THEM : A stranger would describe Nickolas as awkward and shy. They'd say his humor is a bit dry and though polite has cynical tendencies.



HOW WOULD YOU, THE WRITER, DESCRIBE THEM : Nickolas is a kind, gentle, humble guy and his scrawniness makes one think of him as a 'poor thing' but it is quite the opposite. Nickolas has a sharp mind and though he often keeps his mouth shut, he often thinks smart remarks. It is true he is cynical, but he is never rude unless someone is rude to him first.



WHAT DO THEY DO IN THEIR SPARE TIME : Nickolas likes to read books about numbers and study muggle arithmetic in his spare time. Every now and then he attends a quidditch game at the request of a student, but he finds the sport rather unnecessarily violent.
