Lysander is a great mix between his father and mother. His hair is blond, but not brilliantly so. His eyes are very blue, almost like the deep autumn sky and his skin tends to be more tanned due to having spent a good deal of time outdoors on a regular basis.
How do they dress? :
Lysander prefers to stick to cooler colors, mostly blues and greys. He usually goes simple with just a pair of jeans and a grey t-shirt, but adds a black jacket on top in cooler weather. He tends to go bare footed as much as possible, but when he’s required to wear them, he puts on a pair of black boots. His token piece is a bracelet made out of strange orange radish shaped things and butterbeer corks on his left wrist. He never takes it off.
Do they like the way they look? :
He couldn’t care less either way.

Five feet and six inches.
Do they resemble any family member? :
Yes. His identical twin brother, Lorcan.
What is their best physical feature? :
Those blue eyes.
What is their most flawed physical feature? :
Lysander has some slightly crooked teeth, just like his brother.
Where are they from? :
Lysander is from the outskirts of Ottery St. Catchpole in southern England. His family lives fairly close to his mother’s old childhood home and their wonderful Granddad Xeno.
Describe their past history :
Lysander grew up traveling a lot with his family. They went many different places and were exposed to a lot of different cultures throughout the years. They did a lot of searching for unique creatures who most would say are just made up or folklore to the region. Lysander loved it and now has a particular fondness for creatures, especially the rarer or supposedly imaginary ones. He’s gotten into more than one argument about Nargles over the years in particular. After all, even if you can’t see something, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. He now tends to prefer to spend his time outdoors rather than inside, though you can sometimes find the odd rat or strange bug lingering around the school.
Who are their parents :

Do they have any siblings? :
Yes, a twin brother called Lorcan.
Is their any history of mental illness in their family? :
Well, there is Granddad Xeno, but it depends upon your viewing of ‘mental illness’…
What do they love? :
Lysander is particularly fond of spending lots of time with different creatures, traveling to new places, spending lots of time with his family and closest friends, following his brother around, reading and researching different creatures and cultures, and his pet rat, Lucien.
What do they hate? :
Lysander extremely dislikes people who are judgmental and close minded. He also really hates any harm coming to any creatures or anyone he loves. Also, shoes.
Have they ever loved anyone in a romantic way? :
No. Not really.
What's their most traumatic memory? :
There was this one time, when Lysander and his brother were still quite small. Their family was adventuring in the Amazon Rainforest. They had set up camp and gone to bed when something came out of nowhere and attacked their father. To this day, they still have no idea what it was, just that it was very scary and very dangerous. Lysander sometimes still has nightmares about it, usually dark things and his father shouting.
What's their happiest memory? :
Watching his parents sing and dance around the campfire while he sat on a log, tucked into a blanket with his brother when they were about four. He can still remember the song and the feeling of his brother’s hand in his.
Describe their personality :
Lysander can be a little bit… awkward. He will jabber on and on about anything and everything if he’s known you long enough, but will go dead quiet if he’s never met you before. He tends to stick close to those he does know and is very physically affectionate with them. He is very intuitive when it comes to animals. He can often be found, just sitting off to the side someplace, having a full conversation with his beloved pet rat, Lucien. Underneath his bed is usually piled with library books long past due and his observation journals, all about creatures or different cultures.
Describe their personality flaws :
Lysander can be a little overbearing without meaning to. He tends to get a little too clingy at times or hugs on too tightly simply because he is very much a cuddler.

Lysander tends to come off shy and quiet at first.

Lysander is a very friendly, loving person with a very open and intelligent mind. He doesn’t really care so much about where a person comes from, but rather, if they’re kind. He tries not to judge books by their covers and does the same for people and creatures, knowing that first impressions can be misleading. He can be very empathetic, and also incredibly bubbly.

Animals tend to be drawn to him and he’s not too shabby at sketching.
