Seth had just got off shift of a particularly grueling work day at the Ministry. Today he had taken a trip to Azkaban working as a security guard of sorts for that big shot tosspot, Orion Scamander. Seeing that dump always left Seth feeling hallow and numb, the worst of humanity could be found in prisons, both in it's occupants and in those who ran the joint, each a different aspect of evil, one legal and one not. Seth now found himself at a seedy pub in Knockturn Alley, looking to get his mind a bit hazy with drink in order to forget not just about his long day and unfulfilling career path but his glum past as well.
The dark-haired wizard perched himself on a stool near the end of the counter, rummaging in his trouser pockets for a few galleons and slapping it down onto the counter. "The usual." Said Seth flatly to the barmaid who nodded in acknowledgment and gave him what she must have thought was a seductive wink before busying herself with his drink, firewhiskey on the rocks. Seth glanced away from the unattractive hag, his dark gaze peering around the bar in search of anything interesting or remotely appealing to look at when he spotted her, a pretty, little witch with eyes or murky emerald approaching him, well not him per say but the stool beside him for everywhere else along the line was full. Low murmurs of voices with the occasional rowdy jeer and the steady hum of old, wizarding rock music echoed in the pub as Seth spoke up over the background noise to greet her, his tone friendly and cool as he made an effort to sound a lot more chipper than he felt inside.
"Hey." He said simply with the incline of his dark, shaggy head, casting her a boyish smirk as their eyes locked once again and he fixed her with his piercing gaze. He then looked down at the drink being slid across the counter towards him and quietly thanked the barmaid before taking a long sip, pretending to mind his own business while slyly eavesdropping on the witch's order. He was calculating how to best make small talk. Not many gorgeous beings frequented this pub so Seth was fairly certain this was his one and only shot at a decent shag and let's just say he'd taken a dry spell recently. He could really use the stress relief, nothing quite got him off like dominating some total stranger and taking advantage of both of their weakened inhibitions only to part ways the next day, hopefully to never see them again, though he had been told he was unforgettable...
