Appearance: Desiree has beautiful dark hair and matching dark eyes. She's very slender with very little curvature to her body. She stands at 5'6 with an air of poise equal to that of a queen, though her face always maintains a softer expression.

Personality: Desiree is quiet. She doesn't speak up much in class, instead sitting and absorbing information. She's very intelligent. School and tests come easily to her. Though Desiree is very shy, she rarely makes enemies. Everybody she meets is enchanted by her and she's not accustomed to being told "no".

What He/She Hates: People who are still fighting blood status, she believes that the way we're born is the way we're born. She doesn't agree with those fighting to end purebloods, or those fighting to end muggleborns and muggles.

History: About five years after the end of the Second War, Cho Chang and Terence Boot ran into each other at the Leaky Cauldron. Neither of them having the lives they wanted, they hooked up in nostalgia for their old school days when they felt like they were a part of something. At the time they had no intentions of seeing each other again, Terry had been planning to move to America later in the year. A couple months later, Cho learned she was expecting a baby. As soon as she told Terry he forgot his plans in America, instead planning to help Cho raise their daughter. It was decided that the baby would live with Cho, but Terry could come by anytime to see his baby as well as take her to his own flat on weekends or in the evenings.

Yi was born on a sunny afternoon. Cho named her daughter after her grandmother, though Terry was against it. They took the baby home and an argument over the name choice began. It was decided that their daughter could choose her own name when she left for Hogwarts.

Yi grew up with four loving parents. Just a year after her own birth, Terry married Mildred Boot. When Yi was two Derek Boot was born. Following that her mother also married. Yi got another sister, Elizabeth. Three years later Cecelia was also born to Cho. Unfortunately, Mildred died while giving birth to her second child, Delilah.

When she was eleven Yi was given the opportunity to choose her own name, just as her parents had promised. it took the girl nearly a month to decide, but by the time she was ready to leave for Hogwarts, she'd chosen it. Desiree.

Desiree was sorted into Ravenclaw and immediately began living up to it. Her classes came easily and she had a thirst for knowledge not many people did. For her Hogwarts was amazing. Though fairly shy, she managed to make plenty of friends. The professors loved her and she managed to get along with nearly everybody.

Her time at Hogwarts passed quietly. There was nothing more than the ordinary gossip and Desiree has enjoyed it that way.
