Wand Wood Description: The unfounded belief that only purebloods can produce magic from elm wands was undoubtedly started by some ignorant elm wand owner seeking to prove his own blood status for this wand has been matched with Muggle-borns as well. The truth is that elm wands prefer owners with a bold presence, magical dexterity and a certain air of dignity. Of all wand woods, elm produces the fewest accidents and produces the most elegant charms and spells; these are sophisticated wands, capable of highly advanced magic in the right hands.

Appearance: Golden blonde hair, the very mirror image of her mother when she was young. Though her blue eyes are piercingly beautiful, unlike the warmth that comes from her brother's matching eyes, hers are often considered very cold. While she inherited her mother's beauty and grace, she uses it as a barrier to conceal the intellect that she claims to have gained from her father.

Personality: Ambitious and cunning down to her last ounce of magic, Rosalee is resourceful and finds use for everything and everyone, including Muggles and those decades ago her family and House might consider unworthy. She is fiercely protective of her family and friends, and unlike her brother who is prone to violent outbursts, Rosalee allows her enemies to sit and think they are safe before striking. Her seemingly quiet and cold nature make her appear snobbish like her mother, but those who know her best know that she is abundantly affectionate and severely loyal and loving, if given the proper opportunity. Though she is extremely bright and determined, she has a secret love of flying, though she's not the best at it - something that greatly bothers her.

Favorite Subjects: Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration

Least Favorite Subjects: Potions, though she pretends otherwise to try and hide the fact that she's not that adept at brewing.

What He/She Loves: Attention. While her brother and cousin poorly chosen to enter Ravelclaw House under the guise that knowledge was power, this allowing serpents to enter the eagle's nest, while Rosalee is not so secretive about her House pride despite the reputation that can come with it. She wears the green and silver proudly, though cares little for the common rumors attached to her noble House in regards to Muggles and Muggle-borns. Rosalee loves the spotlight, but only if it's properly earned. She loves her parents, but also hates them at the same time as most teenage girls are prone to do. She has a deep affection for her brother - despite their feuding - as well as her cousin Scorpius and her younger sister, all of whom Rosalee is violently protective over.

What He/She Hates: Assumptions. Rosalee is not one to forget any encounter, especially those who gather their first impression of her as superficial due to her beauty, evil due to her name and associations, or prejudiced due to her House. She also cannot stand ignorance.

History: Second born to Theodore Nott and Daphne Greengrass and first born daughter, Rosalee grew up knowing little of her father's side of the family as her paternal Grandfather was sent away to Azkaban before she was born and her elder brother Isaac educated both of his sisters early in age that broaching the subject of their paternal bloodlines was not something their father would tolerate well. Her parents marriage was one of convenience, something that Rosalee assumes will happen for her as well despite the many changes that have taken place in their culture over the decades since the end of the Second Wizarding World. She has seen first hand the temperamental, dramatic and sometimes even violent relationship her parents display, and absorbs each moment so that she can avoid problems like that in her own future relationships.

Once a very emotional girl who relied on her older brother for every comfort, Rosalee turned cold and harsher as she grew once Isaac went to Hogwarts leaving her alone with her younger sister and parents. Determined not to become her mother, trapped in a marriage with a man who doesn't even physically desire her. To try and overcome the distance between herself and her father due to what she believes is her resemblance to her mother, Rosalee put a great deal of focus on her studies, trying to prove herself worthy of her father in every way possible - often at the expense of a relationship with her mother.

Rosalee grew to trust very few people in life, her brother Isaac being one of them and her cousin Scorpius another. Despite how very different the Malfoy family was to her own, Rosalee positively adores her aunt Astoria and uncle Draco, and as a young child often verbally proclaimed that she'd rather be a Malfoy than a Nott, ultimately angering both of her parents.

Favorite Spell: Draconifors - Rosalee dislikes animals as they are dirty and often shed or molt, so she enjoys transfiguring items into creatures at will.
