"I don't really know what kind of girl I am."
Appearance: Dark, brown hair, murky, hazel eyes, more gold than green, lanky and thinly built. Standing at average height, 5'6. Dresses Boyish: flannel shirts, loose v-neck t-shirts, jeans, old trainers, baggy jumpers. Darcey dresses for comfort and practicality. She's very laid-back and her style reflects this.
Do they like the way they look?: Meh, she's seen both uglier and prettier people. Looks don't really concern her both in herself and in others, she's the type to be attracted to ones personality and mind rather than their haughty good looks.
Best physical feature?:Her weedy frame, it allowed her to be mistaken often as a boy when she was younger and had short hair. She found it amusing watching people silently try to guess her gender and the look of puzzlement that came across their face when told she was a girl.
What is their most flawed physical feature?:Her eyes, they look like poo, a murky, amber.
Where are they from?: Wiltshire, England.
History: Born to a strict, wealthy mother and a middle-class muggle father, Darcey's parents are polar opposites, her father embracing new ideas and anything odd and bizarre, especially two of his children turning out to be magical, while her mother despises the magic coursing through their veins. Born to a pair of Squibs, Dionysia herself had always deeply desired to become a witch, a wish her parents too shared. Dionysia was jealous and resentful when her daughter Darcey showed signs of possessing the recessive, rare magical gene that had skipped over two generations in her family. While her father, Gary, despite being a muggle, praised her gifts and found the wizarding world and all it's inhabitants utterly fascinating!
From a young age Darcey knew she was different, not just in the magical sense but in every sense, unable to fit in with her peers in primary school. Darcey felt like a boy trapped in a girl's body and rebelled against her gender, to her prim and proper mother's aggravation and woe. Darcey hated the dresses she made her wear and one day got so angry when being shimmied into a formal dress at Christmas that she performed accidental magic that caused all her hair to fall out. Darcey was thrilled for she hated the long, lush locks her mother made her brush tediously each night before bed and for the majority of her childhood sported a very boyish haircut. Dionysia threatened to disown her daughter if she ever got rid of her gorgeous, long hair again, accidental or not and so now in her seventh year at Hogwarts, Darcey sports shoulder length, brown hair grudging and therefore makes zero effort to style it.
In Darcey's fourth year of Hogwarts she finally found the courage to come out, not just to her mates but to the entire school. One day she woke up and having grown exhausted of hiding her sexuality confided in her housemates first that she was gay and then to anyone else who bothered to ask. She is shameless and bold, proud of her sexuality and as of the previous summer has even grown the metaphorical bollocks to tell her parents, whom she was sure had already suspected it for years. Her father was predictably supportive, having barely batted an eye over his daughter's confession, while her mother was predictably distraught, her aspirations for her daughter to wed a respectable, wealthy wizard crushed.
Parents: Gary and Dionysia Dwight. Darcey got her name from combining both her parents names in a subtle way.
Siblings: Two younger brothers, Garrett (15) and Ryon(12).
Any history of mental illness in their family?: Just vague references Darcey makes to her parents both being completely mental, though nobody knows if she's kidding or not.

Personality:Open-minded, good sense of humor, laidback, fun-loving, always out to have a good time, she a bit of a class clown, very outgoing as in she'll talk to anyone but she's not obnoxious about it, never one to be rabbiting away in your ear. She knows when to be serious and is capable of deep conversations or lending an ear to listen. She's extremely loyal and selective of who she opens her heart up to. Darcey has a lot of shallow relationships, engaging in witty banter with her classmates but she keeps her heart carefully guarded, not wanting to make the foolish mistake of falling in love with some girl who won't love her back.
Personality flaws: She's very prideful and stubborn, always wanting to appear strong, this makes her sometimes come off as a bit cold emotionally. Sometimes she can take her jokes too far and unintentionally hurt someones feelings, to which she admits her fault. Darcey has a fierce temper and is quite frightening when provoked which is rare considering she's so laid-back, playful and easygoing in nature. Sometimes she falls into a silent, spiraling depression but nobody can tell when her thoughts turn dark other than those closest to her remarking upon how oddly quiet she is that day, to which she casually shrugs it off and continues to pretend that everything's okay. She doesn't ever want to be perceived as the wet blanket amongst her friends. Darcey hates having people worry and fret over her.
What she loves:Treacle Tart, butterbeer, Firewhiskey, going to the Hog's Head and the Shrieking Shack in Hogsmeade, ghosts (she has made it a personal challenge to befriend every single one of the school ghosts), reading about the Dark Arts (not performing them) and occasionally wondering down Knockturn Alley out of morbid curiosity. She has a love of antiques both magical and muggle. Darcey has a keen fascination for anything bizarre and morbid. She's very open-minded and therefore enjoys Divination and muggle astology as well. Her favorite magical creatures are centaurs for they are legendary stargazers.
What she hates:Darcey proudly boasts that she's the only lesbian you'll ever meet who doesn't like Quidditch.
Have they ever loved anyone in a romantic way?:No merely crushes on loads of straight girls, admiring them from afar and not possessing the bollocks to engage them for fear of scaring them away. Though if she ever met a fellow, open lesbian she wouldn't be nearly as shy.
Most traumatic memory?: Coming out to her mother and the awful row that proceeded.
Happiest memory?: Days when she had short hair, it was so much more practical and she felt liberated and free with the disappearance of her hair. She had never been so confident than she was back then.
Stranger's first impression of them?: Life of the party, charming girl. She's easily seen as one of the guys and can hold her own against them.
How would you, the writer, describe them?:A girl who appears cheerful to the outside world but deep down has some demons she's struggling with. She hides behind a mask of humor and wit to conceal her insecurities. She acts tough but she's a softie deep down.
Special magical abilities?: Wicked dueler.
Special skills?:Darcey can outdrink anyone.
