When Anne arrived at the sales counter, the proprietor had simply sighed, nodded, and immediately headed back to the back to get her special order, leaving an assistant to handle the register. While she waited, Anne took a mental catalog of the day, pleased to have found such good company for it. Tyseus seemed to be a decent, caring man, genuinely concerned about the education he was providing to his student, and more than that, concerned about their well being. It spoke well of him that he'd asked after her son outside of just his own class.
It would be useful as well to have another ally against the cancer that was Draco Malfoy. She'd already had Meg pull out of Muggle Studies the moment she'd heard that man was teaching the class. While she appreciated the irony of the position McGonagall had given to the man, no child of hers was EVER going to be taught by a former Death Eater, much less Malfoy. She still remembered Malfoy and Goyle, the former in a corner of the room, watching passively as Goyle cast his expert Cruciatus Curse on her, again and again. The pain had been so excruciating, every second had lasted an eternity...
If it had been Goyle, Anne would immediately have pulled her children out of school, but she was still determined to get Malfoy out of Hogwarts if at all possible. He had no business anywhere near children save his own. Having an ally inside the school who thought as she did would only help her campaign.
Out of the crowd Anne saw her daughter leading Tyseus towards her, pulling her out o her dark memories. She smiled and waved the pair of them over to her.
