"What's your name?" The mysterious, ill boy finally croaked as they locked eyes for a long moment intently, in a somehow comfortable silence. A ginger brow rose slightly in amusement, Char had been the one to warn him first that she was going to bombard him with a string of questions as soon as the moon waned and here he was asking her the first one. A small smirk tugged up on her lips as she answered softly, "Charlotte. Charlotte Thorne." She told him, her eyes flickering back to her pale hands still warming over the flames, rubbing together to create friction. Then she looked back at those stunning blue eyes glinting in the moonlight beneath disheveled, dark bangs. "And you are...?" She inquired lightly, "And not just your name." She instantly clarified, her tone turning more serious and firm but still laced with traces of warmth, trying to sound friendly so that he would open up to her. One didn't go about getting answers out of people by being mean, and he looked the sort of bloke not to be graced by the presence of an attractive female often and so she used this to her advantage, making sure to keep eye contact with him in an attempt to make him flush from the attention but he was different than your typical geek type blokes, she couldn't pinpoint exactly how but he just was and perhaps her sheer beauty and charms wouldn't work on this one... Still, she gave it her best shot. Char stood up, coming over to crouch down like a sly cat beside him, her movements slow and graceful, she brought her face down closer to his so that she could clearly see the moon above reflected in those glistening pools of pale, crystal blue, her words brushing against his cheek as she hissed softly. "I want to know what you are. What in Godric's name happened to you, what that-" She gestured to his tall frame in general still lying on the ground beside her that was convulsing not too long prior. "-Was all about...?" She wondered, catching view of his fallen spectacles in her reach, she plucked them off the ground, dusting them off with the edge of one of her layered shirts to clean them of the dirt and smudges before carefully placing them back on his face, her fingertips brushing his sweaty locks. When his glasses were on and he could see her clearly, she brought back her hands and peered down at him intently, her emerald eyes gleaming with curiosity as she waited for his answers to the questions burning on her mind.
