Aito laughed, gazing at the drawings upon their arms and grinning as Alkawari placed hers right next to his. He leaned slightly into it, letting his pale arm press tightly against her lovely brown one, admiring the contrast, though, she was much pretty than him, even in her arms. His were more thin, but hers... holy crap the girl had muscles. Not in that odd grotesque way body-builders did, but in that way of just being naturally strong. Aito hadn't really noticed it before, though, that could have easily been due to sleeves or the way her arms were positions so her muscles didn't show nearly as much as they were at the moment, but either way, Aito did not mind looking at them in the least. The Slytherin was so distracted he didn't even notice Alkawari trailing fingers on his arm until it made him shiver and he blinked, broken out of whatever spell this damn beautiful girl had cast upon him.
"If you say so, though I still think mine are much better done than yours." Aito responded quite cheekily, though the grin on his face said he was only teasing at this point. He reached out, prodding gently at Alkawari's cheek with one finger, unable to help it when she was so.... just... just so Alkawari, he supposed. There wasn't really a proper word to describe exactly what she was at that particular moment aside from herself, although, perhaps the fact that she was herself was simply perfect enough to fit. After all, when one was their-self, wasn't that usually them just being their best anyway? Alkawari was just her. She'd never seemed to try to put on a false mask or pretended to be anything different as far as Aito could tell. At least, not around him.
When the aboriginal girl spoke of swimming in the lake, Aito shook his head. "I haven't... Although, I suppose that's only because when one reads as much manga or watches as much anime as I do, you tend to avoid anything that has tentacles. Like the Giant Squid. Though, I suppose those aren't real, so... if you want to go swimming... Let's." Shifting slightly, Aito moved away from the Gryffindor, rising to his feet and gazing down at her for a moment before reaching out a hand to help her up off of the bed.
