ABOUT THE CHARACTER

Appearance: Jason has blonde hair and blue eyes. He's aware that he's quite handsome and isn't afraid to boast it. He's tall and well built. He often times has an expression on his face that says 'I'm better than you' though he knows how to get rid of it when he has to.

Personality: Jason values his intelligence. He believes it puts him above other people. He follows the rules constantly and has been appointed Prefect for this. He's charming and knows how to get on all the professors good side. He likes to remind people they're insignificant in this world and can be quite the bully. He can, however, be rather weak. He isn't very skilled in the art of dueling and is a coward when it comes to confrontation. Despite all of this, Jason does have good qualities that surface. He has a natural curiosity for just about anything. He doesn't understand much about current social techniques and can be rather awkward around some of his peers, but underneath his cold exterior lies a little boy who just wants somebody to understand him.

Hobbies & Interests: Jason wants to work in the Ministry of Magic and eventually work up the ranks to Minister. He is very invested in politics and speaks his mind about them. Aside from this he also knows nearly everything that the public knows about the Ministry.

Pet Peeves: Jason can't stand people who threaten his intellectual stance or try to take possession of what he believes is his.

History: Jason's parents both hold intellectual power themselves. The Colt family was an old pureblood family, but over the years the men have married muggles or halfbloods. The name, however, is still recognizable. Weston Colt is a famous author and researcher throughout the wizarding world. He met Nadia, a prominent muggle surgeon, when he was 20. They got married and had Jason. Because his parents were constantly busy with work, Jason was raised by his grandmother. He was spoiled growing up, constantly praised and worshipped by his family. This resulted in his rather large head. At Hogwarts getting sorted into his father's house only made him feel more powerful. He was a charming student and many of the teachers didn't seem to realize he thought he was superior instead feeding is ego.
