Orion Scamander - Seeking corrupt political advisor

Details: Orion is trying to have a marriage law passed that will at first give dark, pureblood criminals a choice to lessen their prison sentence if they agree to marry a muggleborn or halfblood witch/wizard. A lot of people disagree with his marriage contract proposal, claiming it to be morally wrong, for the prisoners deserve their life sentences and giving them a slap on the wrist essentially and whisking them away to go marry a halfblood or muggleborn is simply a ridiculous punishment. Orion is dead set on the eradication of the pureblood lines and will do anything to meet his goal. He needs corrupt 'friends' to help him with his schemes and perhaps someone very intelligent with no moral code to act as his personal political adviser/trustee. He has abducted a high-ranking ministry official, Vida Hayes who has openly and publicly expressed disagreement with him and his marriage contract ideas. He plans to keep her prisoner in his manor and brew polyjuice potion, using her hair and having one of these 'friends' go to work each day and pretend to be her, basically quiet her up and have her tell the media that she realizes her mistake and that she fully supports Orion's ideas for blood equality. Then he will need a political advisor who will help him plot the downfall of the Minister of Magic so that Orion can become the new Minister, in doing this he would have so much more power and could make the law mandatory that ALL pureblood witches or wizards must marry a halfblood or a muggleborn and either have children with them, corrupting the blood line or not have any children at all and have the bloodline die out, creating a world of equal blood purity.
