He comes from a poor family so he doesn’t mind at all.

He has his mother’s warming eyes and his father’s humor.

Oh, don’t get me started! Lack of sporting ability though can run very fast with the right motivation, is not that hot or makes-you-melt-on-your-feet boy, cannot understand girls (Why do they always travel in packs?).

Living with his mother in Scotland. They went into hiding in the War hoping to stay right out of it. Charlie is fiercely protective of his mother though ever since his father died in an accident. Charlie Went off to Hogwarts on his mother’s orders though he wanted to stay and look after her. A country lad who hasn’t a care for computer games or any other muggle rubbish.
No matter how horrible he is at quidditch the Chudley Cannons remain a favorite and are defended at all costs.

NO, only child.
Is their any history of mental illness in their family? : Not at all.

What's their happiest memory? : Anytime seeing his mother smile or running free in the paddocks.
Describe their personality : A happy lad with a bright sense of humour. He may not be the brightest but is excellent at making up excuses and getting out of trouble…sometimes. When becoming Charlie’s friend he will develope an astounding loyalty to you and stand up for what he loves.
Describe their personality flaws : Not the best person to stand up to a tough bully but he does it anyway with some quite drastic consequences. Has trouble talking to girls, but he’s working on it!
What would a stranger's first impression of them be? : A klutz but fun lad to be with, he makes the best out of everything.
How would you, the writer, describe them? : Could be your best friend ever, and most useful one too. Has a talent for finding secret corners and sometimes getting out of trouble.

Roleplaying Sample: Charlie crept down the corridors towards the kitchens with his friend in tow. They had both missed dinner doing a detention and now they were starving. Charlie’s stomach sounded like a dying walrus. “Almost there” he whispered to himself as he spied the secret door to the best place on earth. The amazing smells of food washed over the two, beckoning them. Suddenly a shadow flashed in the corner of Charlie’s eye. He dismissed it, entirely focused on the bacon smell moving him forward.
“That better not be you Mcfarland!” a teacher’s voice shouted from a distance.
Charlie snapped out of his trance and ran like all hell just before saying in a deep voice “It is aye Professor, the greatly feared Bloody Barron!”
