Do they resemble any family member? : Madeline has her father's looks with the fair skin and blonde hair. She got her curious blue eyes from her mother though as well as her clumsiness.

What is their most flawed physical feature? : Maddy's hair, though kept short, gets a birds nest in it every morning. It just can't stay knot-free.

Describe their past history : Madeline is from a muggle family so getting the letter from Hogwarts was a definite surprise. Her parents got used to the idea and stay on a 'need to know' basis with their daughter. To much talk of owls, quidditch and spells gets them all in a muddle. They are a very happy family though in desperate need of money. Her father is a factory worker and her mother works in the library but they only get a small wage. Her parents cherish their daughter and pass on all they know. Mr Walker is always trying to teach Maddy the violin and Mrs Walker passed on her love of reading. Her father is always telling Maddy to question everything and don't stop till you have a straight answer. Her doesn't want his daughter to feel lost in the world and encourages her to try new things and stand up for herself and others. Madeline does miss her parents at Hogwarts but enjoys telling them all about, it if they can understand anyway.
