Now let's get one thing straight about Julien Dumére, sure, he's kind of awful; He's a bully, a know it all, a jealous, hateful, grudge holding snob, but he is handsome. It's not something that can really be debated at it is fact. Dark thick hair, tall, with peachy skin, a chiseled, acne free face, what was there not to love? Even those weird goldish-green eye of his that Julien himself despised, girls seemed to drool over. Now there were a lot of things in life Julien had been denied, but women? Well women was never one of them.
Now Julien had been around, he'd had some girlfriends but he was picky, his tastes fine. Now before you roll your eyes and call Julien Dumére a cliche, know this. He doesn't appreciate being told no. Not that he wasn't used, like before, he had been denied a lot, but still the word no, the suggestion that what he desired would not be his, infuriated. It didn't drive him to chase after his goal, it pushed him to destroy it in every way it could. That anger, that rage that burned hotter, and hotter with every second that his desires didn't succumb to him, those cruel, malicious tendencies that colored the Dumére family's men only intensified in Julien. Unfortunately for Nikki Callaghan, she was none the wiser. Could she really be blamed though for not returning Julien's affection? No, of course not. Julien was beautiful, but he. Was. Mean. The only thing that Nikki could have done wrong was be too pretty.
Julien had been leaning against the wall of Hogwarts while his friends (More like a dredge of boys barely able to keep their drool in their mouths.) had a snowball fight. She probably hadn't seen him, but he . . . he had seen her. It was a shame, Julien had thought, he hadn't seen her before. It was that shock of smooth dark hair that caught his attention first. The light that the snow threw at everyone around it, well her hair in all it's silky richness threw it right back as if it wasn't good enough. It made the corner of Julien's lip turn up. He hadn't even seen her face yet but he was . . . intrigued. Julien pulled a quill from his pocket, a plan already forming in that wicked mind of his.
"Excuse me," He called to the dark haired girl, "I think you dropped this."
