Once the guitars were properly locked up safe and sound, Kaiden moved away from the display, his arms falling down at his sides. He paused, watching the group of young adults for a moment before slowly making his way over to the beginning shelves of CDs near the front counter. His long fingers began to nimbly shift through them, plucking out the ones that had been put back into the wrong place and setting them aside. For the most part, they were pretty close to where they needed to be, but he did find the occasional one that belonged halfway across the store entirely. How the hell did a person manage that even by accident?
Sorting the CDs was boring, but it kept Kaiden busy. So long as he was moving, he was content for the most part, focusing on ho the task and getting through it to make time go by a bit faster than it would have had he just been standing around, he finished the A section quickly and then moved onto the B, glancing up as Harper turned on some music. He waited for a moment, letting the beginning of the song penetrate his ears before he relaxed. Oasis wasn't bad... And Harper seemed to like it judging by the way she was moving to it slightly, her hips rocking in a way that probably would have been quite tantalizing had Kaiden been able to see them. He could imagine it though, having watched her simply walk ahead of him before. Despite her sarcastic mouth, the girl was, admittedly, quite attractive.
The Gryffindor nodded his approval of the tunes but waited until the customers had left to answer. "So long as it's not the shitty ass pop that's all over the place, any version of country, or computerized techno, you will not find yourself suddenly murdered in your sleep." Kaiden explained as he placed aside a CD that belonged over in the W section. He looked around for a moment, and then moved to the front of the store, grabbed up a basket, and dropped the CD into it. He continued pulling the odd ones out and placing them in the basket so he could put them in their proper places as he went along instead of having to bop back and forth like some kind of headless chicken. Most of the sections were already fairly organized though, except for the few odd stragglers or stowaways. It really didn't take a kaiden long to finish with the CDs and move onto the records.
The bell above the door rang again and an older woman entered with a little boy in tow. They went straight for the kids CDs which prompted the child to begin whining about how he was too big for 'baby music' and increasing to the point of a borderline tantrum when his... Grandmother? Suggested one and in particular for him. Kaiden closed his eyes. No matter where he went, he couldn't get away from the screaming of brats. He moved away, behind the front counter and through the beaded doorway, escaping momentarily to the back room. "The Beatles section of the records is empty, I'm gonna look and see if there's some hiding back here." He fibbed as he passed by Harper, thumbs shoved into the front pockets of his jeans.
